Candidates must have a 2-5 years of experience in Immigration law including Business Visas such as H1-B, E1/E 2, L-1A,O-1, EB-5, as well as PERMs, Affirmative Asylum, Waivers, Basic Immigration Court Motions, and a complete understanding of the Family Immigration laws. 

-Must be Licensed by any State Bar.
