Commodore Realty is looking for a Paralegal/Lease Administrator. In this role you will be responsible for handling landlord/tenant matters for our company owned portfolio, consisting of retail and grocery anchored shopping centers in Florida. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with commercial leases; in addition to working with existing tenants to resolve issues.  Responsibilities:  Draft, review and negotiate real estate leases, renewals, assignments, amendments and termination of new and existing tenants; as well as ancillary real estate documents (amendments, NDAs, estoppels, etc.) Existing tenant management, support leasing, property management, accounting and other company staff in enforcement of the lease.
