General Purpose of Job The Land Rights Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Land Rights Manager in supervising and coordinating all aspects of real property functions, including lease negotiation, land acquisition, disposition, easement verification and procurement, reviewing plat language for major projects, managing large scale projects, maintaining positive relationships with members and stakeholders, and overseeing support staff.
