The work specifically focuses on the representation of homebuilders, single family residential developers and apartment developers throughout Florida. The successful candidate will have strong written and oral communication skills, be proactive and detail-oriented, and have a take control/ownership of files work ethic. We require a minimum of five (5) years of real estate paralegal experience. Must have a thorough knowledge of real estate acquisition and sale transactions, development issues, contract administration and closing work, title insurance, survey, and closing requirements, all as applied to commercial real estate development and transactions.
