Job Summary

Network Transaction Solutions is seeking a Lien Search and Estoppel Processor for a high-volume office.

Qualified Candidate will:

• Research and gather information from various entities such as municipalities, utility companies, code enforcement offices, associations, management companies, association attorneys.
• Obtain lien information, payoff letters and ledgers from various entities such as municipalities, utility companies, code enforcement offices, associations, management companies, association attorneys.
• Insert and organize information in database(s)
• Provide an outstanding level of customer service at all times
• Maintain a high level of error-free data entry
