We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized and caring paralegal that can work independently and manage large catastrophic cases from intake through trial. The start date is immediate. Workload is 40 hours per week, with flexibility for overtime during trial and at peak times.

Please do not apply unless you have the following skills and minimum requirements:
At least a bachelor's
At least five years of experience handling civil litigation cases;
Assisted in at least two civil, jury trials;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, & Outlook); AND
Must be able to efficiently handle discovery, medical & deposition summaries, document production and preparation for depositions, hearings and trials in multiple significant cases.
The following would be a plus, but not necessary:
Trucking, commercial vehicle or other catastrophic crash experience
Plaintiff's personal injury and wrongful death representation experience
Proficiency with Case Management Software (i.e. TrialWorks)
Fluency in Spanish or other languages
